AGM 2009
As you may or may not be aware the ydmrcc held there 2009 agm at the clay pigeon shooting club this thursday 17/12/2009. There was a fairly low turn out which was a bit bisapointing but due to work comitments by a number of members this could not be help so thanks to those that could make it.
There was an important list of agenders that had to be sorted so as soon as everyone was watered and seated the meeting got under way please find below a summery of the out come from the meeting.
New Committee for 2010
Chairman. Trev S.
Vice Chairman. Nick Snelgrove.
Treasurer. Phil Bennet.
Webmaster. Scott Dabinett
Marketing /Promotion. Cliff Timperley, Benson Button, Trev.
Secretary. Jason Mogg
This year the membership fees will remain the same as 2009. Jason Mogg will be in charge of collecting all fees and ensuring everyone has full BRCA membership.
As from beginning of 2010. First meeting the individual racer attends, they will have to have in place or pay for BRCA membership.
Club membership must be paid before the end of January 2010.
Club and BRCA membership forms will be available at xmas bash on 20th December 2009.
For club nights. A rota will be in place of approximately 3 to 5 people who will run the meetings.
